Micah is 9

Well I'm behind as usual in the blog. Finally getting to update it.

Micah turned 9 in October last year and here is some things he is into this year:

Micah has his own email address
Micah loves to play computer - Ballons Tower Defence Four, Powder game, etc. (he knows how to use Goggle and we have to watch him with YouTube)
MIcah doesn't watch much TV (as we don't have cable and only have movies now)
MIcah plays Wii periodically (not as much a draw as it used to be).
Micah still plays Dsi - Daddy put some new games on there for Christmas
MIcah is in Grade 4 at Lakeview School (Mrs. Dixon's class)
Micah has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) at school for his Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAP) - he can't hear well in loud situations.
MIcah gets B's mostly in school with a couple of A's in math.
Micah has started French at school this year.
MIcah goes to Forever Faith Kids (FFK) every Wednesday night at Centennial Baptist Church.
Micah is in competitive swimming through the Golden Horseshoe Aquatic Club - twice a week for an hour plus competitions.
MIcah is taking trumpet lessons through the school.
MIcah is getting much better at remembering his glasses but we still are working on other items at school and swimming.
Micah has to do regular pick-ups, clean his room and clean the two bathrooms every week.
Micah is into Star Wars Legos (he loves to make his own ships), Beyblades, Nerf Guns and lightsabers.
Micah is 70 pounds and is 4 ft 5 1/2" tall.



Micah had about 9 or 10 friends over to the house on his actual birthday. It was a very warm day so we were able to have all the games and food outside. Micah wanted a Super Mario Theme this year so I made a mushroom cake, we had a chain chomp pinata, they played pin the mustashe on Mario, they had coin boxes to collect chocolate money (with $3 in loonies for a loot bag) and MIcah made up a game too.
